We are a small, family run operation and by no means is this our primary business. Our animals are cared for as if they are family pets and receive the best care possible. Our policy is that we will not knowingly sell a sick animal nor will we sell any animals that we would not buy ourselves. Our emphasis is on Quality-Integrity-Honesty. 
 
But because of the fragile nature of the animals, we cannot guarantee live delivery of animals under 45 degrees and over 90 degrees. You must notify us within 24 hours of any DOA and wait for further instructions. Do not discard the remains. We cannot be held liable for any damage during shipping or for any delays due to weather, equipment failure, etc. on the part of the Carrier.
 
If ALL shipping and other criteria are met but the animal is DOA, we will replace the animal with another of equal or lesser value or provide credit towards another purchase. Customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges.
 
Sex of baby Chameleons cannot be guaranteed. Although we can sex babies with a high degree of accuracy, it is not 100%.
 
We will include a care sheet with Chameleon purchases but if we feel that you are not qualified to take care of the Chameleons, we reserve the right to refuse sale to anyone at our discretion. 

Shipping and Handling
In an effort to keep costs down for our customers, what we charge for shipping and handling is what it costs us.  We do not make any money on Shipping and Handling.
We ship overnight (usually to your door by 10:30AM) which includes an insulated box with styrofoam peanuts for further insulation.  We will use heat packs or ice packs as needed at no additional cost to you.
We use UPS-Next Day Service for shipments.  If weather conditions are less than favorable, we recommend the package be held at the Carrier's office for pickup (this eliminates the risk of the package sitting in a hot/cold delivery truck for hours). The package must be picked up at the Carrier's Office within 6 hours of arrival or the guarantee is null and void (no exceptions).
If the package is to be delivered to your door and there is no one to sign for and accept the package to be placed in a suitable environment immediately, the guarantee is null and void. 
You will be notified of the package tracking number after shipment so you can track it's progress. 
We may opt to delay shipment of the animals for favorable weather conditions (see Terms). 

For those who would like to pick their animal up locally, we can make arrangements to meet at a pre-determined location at our discretion.

Payment
All orders must be prepaid, including shipping. We accept US Money Orders, Cashiers Checks and PayPal. Signing up with PayPal would be the best way of ensuring quickest delivery. This payment method will also allow you to use your major credit card for payment (however, due to added cost for PayPal, there will an addtional $10 charge for all orders under $200). We will also accept personal checks but will hold the animals until the check clears.
